What Makes Long Family Markets Different
Know Who You Are Buying From.
Our markets are built around connection. We want customers to know who grows, raises, makes or produces the things they take home, and to have the opportunity to ask questions about where those products come from.
Local First, Not Local Only.
We prioritize businesses and products from our region while allowing thoughtful exceptions when they add something our local growing region simply cannot provide. What matters is transparency, quality and maintaining the character of the market.
Carefully Curated.
Every participating business is reviewed before joining our markets. We intentionally balance farms, food producers, prepared foods and locally made products to create a marketplace with variety without losing sight of local agriculture.
Real Relationships.
Long Family Markets isn’t simply a place to buy things. It’s a place to meet the people behind the products. We believe knowing your farmer, producer and maker makes shopping local more meaningful and builds a stronger community around local food.
